So, I whipped this up real quick in like 5 minutes as a post-run snack! It is super yummy and packed with a ton of nutrients! Check it out:

Nutrition Perks:

Avocado: high in fiber, vitamin K, folate, vitamin E and C, 4g protein/each, and not to mention healthy fats!

Sprouted 7-grain bread: contains only sprouted grains and no flour, so this means no refined gunk and it is high in protein and fiber. 

Egg: they are SO versatile! Protein-packed (6g/egg), rich in vitamin D, choline and lutein

Avocado Toast:

One of my favorite go-to, easy and nutrient-packed snacks or breakfast items.
